Jack joined Alexander Ricks as an associate in 2021. Jack has experience representing creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, as well as experience representing creditors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Jack's practice also focuses on creditors' rights, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. Before entering private practice, Jack clerked for the Honorable William R. Sawyer in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Prior to joining the firm, Jack was an associate with Porter Hedges LLP in Houston, Texas.
