Bob Lindauer joined Alexander Ricks PLLC in 2026, after working for 25 years at Johnston, Allison & Hord, P.A. Bob is a seasoned real estate attorney who works with both corporate and entrepreneurial clients, routinely handling land acquisitions and sales, leasing, development, easements, lending, management agreements, sponsorship agreements, licensing agreements, 1031 exchanges, taxation and title issues.
Bob deals with a wide variety of properties, including industrial, office, medical, retail, apartments, shopping centers, grocery stores, residential development, solar farms, and nightlife/entertainment venues. Bob also deals with the automotive industry, representing individuals and dealers on matters related to automobiles such as purchases, sales, taxation, consignments, auctions and disputes.

Bob grew up in Florida and came to Charlotte in 1988 to play basketball at Queens University. He met his wife in law school and they now have 3 children. He spends much of his spare time watching his kids' sports and musical activities. He enjoys traveling and driving and working on late 60's and early 70's muscle cars.
