We take a pragmatic approach to commercial loan transactions because each one is different and each one requires a different level of legal involvement. We have the resources to oversee all aspects of a $75,000,000 construction loan, but are flexible enough to provide meaningful, unobtrusive input on a $500,000 revolving line of credit. Our contribution to a loan closing is as much or as little as the lender wants and as the deal requires. Our goal is to help our clients achieve their business and financial objectives.
