Danny Merlin joined Alexander Ricks PLLC as a Member in 2015 and specializes in commercial real estate transactions, financial services, title searches/opinions, and related corporate services.
Danny represents a variety of parties involved in real estate and business transactions, including lenders, developers, tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, title companies and contractors. He has significant experience with a wide assortment of projects such as retail (single tenant and multi-tenant), multi-family, office, and neighborhood developments, among others.
Danny also has substantial commercial litigation experience in which he has represented title insurance companies and their insureds in all manner of title insurance claims. Such claims included resolution of access, easement and boundary issues, lien priority disputes, mechanics’ lien defense, defalcation and fraud claims, and coverage opinions.
