Madi joined Alexander Ricks as an associate in 2026 and focuses her practice on commercial real estate. Before joining Alexander Ricks, Madi worked as an associate with a boutique law firm in Charlotte's SouthPark area.

Madi was born and raised in New Jersey, moving to Charlotte in 2024. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and exploring Charlotte one local restaurant at a time.
- Assist real estate developers with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and financing of commercial real estate assets.
- Assist owners, developers, investors, and lenders with general real estate matters including entity formation, operating agreements, title and survey review, and real estate-related agreements.
- Represent landlords and tenants in the preparation of office, industrial, and retail leases.
