Victoria Selover Brokaw joined Alexander Ricks, PLLC as an Associate in 2025. Victoria's practice is focused on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, ownership transitions, and the structuring and negotiation of complex commercial agreements. Victoria has represented entrepreneurs, closely-held businesses, public companies, private equity funds, family offices, and borrowers and lenders in a wide array of industries. After graduating from college, Victoria worked in public relations for fashion, lifestyle, and boutique fitness clients. Prior to attending law school, Victoria worked as legal assistant for the Executive Compensation & Benefits group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City.

Victoria was born and raised in New York City. In her free time, she enjoys making artisanal ice cream, playing tennis and pickleball, listening to country music and reading historical fiction. Victoria is married and has a dog named Bijou.
Victoria's experience includes advising individuals and businesses on entity formation, financing, and general corporate matters, including operating and shareholder agreements and commercial contracts. She regularly assists clients with governance and transactional support across the lifecycle of a business.
