Adam Webb joined Alexander Ricks as an associate in 2025. His commercial real estate practice involves guiding owners, developers, investors, and lenders through complex transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, development matters, and project financing involving office, industrial, and retail properties.
Before joining Alexander Ricks, Adam worked as an associate with a boutique law firm in Charlotte's SouthPark area, where he focused on commercial real estate matters.

Admissions
Adam was born in Concord, North Carolina, and returned to Charlotte in 2021 after completing law school. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, hunting, and being outdoors.

- Assisted owners, developers, investors, and lenders with general real estate matters including entity formation, operating agreements, title and survey review, and real estate-related agreements.
