Clint Smith joined Alexander Ricks as an associate in 2022. Clint's practice focuses commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction law. He represents client through all stages of litigation, provides counsel regarding construction contracts, and negotiates contracts for his clients.
Clint graduated with a mechanical engineering degree from Clemson University in 2014. After working as an engineer for several years, he attended law school at Louisiana State University and graduated cum laude in 2019. Prior to joining Alexander Ricks, Clint practiced patent law in Austin, Texas, at an international law firm.

Clint spends most of his free time outdoors. He enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and snow skiing. Clint scratches his competitive itch by searching for golf balls he hits into the woods.
