Keaton Stoneking joined Alexander Ricks PLLC as an Associate in 2021 and focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. Keaton represents owners, developers and lenders in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, development, management and financing of commercial real estate transactions. Keaton's experience includes representing national banks, lenders, and other private and publicly held companies in a variety of litigation and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Alexander Ricks, Keaton was an associate in the Consumer Financial Services practice groups at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders (formerly Troutman Sanders) in Charlotte.

Keaton grew up in Canton, Michigan and moved to Charlotte in 2009. He enjoys spending time walking around town with his wife, Kelly, son, Kaden, and two dogs, Marley and Smidge.
In his prior role, Keaton managed a large portfolio of litigation cases representing national banks and lenders in all facets of consumer lending litigation and bankruptcy- related matters.
Keaton brings his unique background to his new role representing owners, developers and lenders with commercial real estate transactions.
